Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the fragrance bottle in its original box and use appropriate outer packaging to ensure the glass is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to any local Post Office; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
